Medically Dependent Children Program (MDCP)
The Medically Dependent Children Program (MDCP) provides services to support families caring for
children who are medically dependent and to encourage de-institutionalization of children in nursing facilities.

- Adaptive Aids
- Minor Home Modifications
- Transition Assistance Services
